PLEASE NOTE: Before you contact the candle lady, please read this important message. Because of the overwhelming number of e-mails we receive, we cannot personally respond to them all. We ask that you PLEASE read ALL of the follow BEFORE contacting the candle lady:
1. Have you checked our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page first?
First, check our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page by clicking here. We receive several of the same questions over and over from visitors who do not check our FAQ page first. If your question is already answered on our FAQ page, you will not receive a response from the candle lady.
2. Are you looking for a particular brand, fragrance or style of candle, or do you have a general question about candles (care, cleaning, etc.)?
If you are looking for a particular brand, fragrance or style of candle or have a general question about candles (care, cleaning, etc.), please search Google first by using the search box below.

3. Are you looking for a particular fragrance that has been discontinued, or is there a particular fragrance you just can't seem to find anymore?
If you're looking for a particular fragrance that has been discontinued (or you just can't seem to find anywhere anymore), either contact the company itself to see if they have any leftover in a warehouse or search on eBay using the same keywords as you would the Google search above.
Likewise, if you have a question about a specific candle you purchased, contact the manufacturer directly. The easiest way is to enter the company's name (city and state are helpful) in the Google search box below to find the company's web site. Once there, locate their "contact" info and call or e-mail them with your question.
4. Are you looking for a brand of candles sold by a direct-selling company (i.e. PartyLite, Home & Garden Party, etc.)?
If you're looking for a brand of candles sold by a direct-selling / home party company (such as PartyLite, Home & Garden Party, New York Candles, Mia Bella, Gold Canyon, etc.) and would like to find a consultant in your area, your best bet is to check the company's official web site first (use the Google search box below). I do know a lot of direct-selling reps so feel free to ask me for a referral by clicking here.
Most direct-selling companies have a spot on their web site where you can locate a consultant in your area simply by entering your zip code. If not, find their "contact" info and explain that you're looking for a consultant in your area.
5. Would you like to tell us which candles you enjoy or which brands you highly recommend?
If you would like to tell us which candles you enjoy or which brands you highly recommend, please let us know by clicking here. We usually don't respond to these messages but will consider adding your suggestion to our candle comparison page. We greatly appreciate your input, but cannot personally respond to all the messages we receive. We do not take requests to test-burn specific brands.
6. Would like to request a link exchange?
If you would like to request a link exchange, please place a link to our site on your site and then let us know by clicking here. Once we have verified you have placed a proper link on your site and we approve of the content of your site (no adult sites, porn, link farms, excessive pop-up windows, etc.) and only if your site is not under construction, we will add your site to our links page. Crazy For Candles offers candle lovers candle-related resources such as candle care and safety tips, home decorating with candles ideas, candle burning times, free candle brand testing and evaluations, candle brand comparisons and recommendations, and candle FAQs.
We reserve the right to refuse a link exchange based on a number of reasons. In the event we cannot honor your request, you will be notified via e-mail along with the reason(s) for our decision. Please note: we will not place affiliate links or direct sales independent consultant web sites on our links page. We will only link to the main web site of a company. Soon we hope to offer paid advertising in which affiliates/consultants will be allowed to advertise.
